jury trial
case. This is a case that very few of us know about.
C
onvened in 1999 on behalf of Coretta  Scott  King and the King family
,
this trial fully exonerated James Earl Ray.

Now Mr. Pepper has in hand the forensic
evidence needed to exonerate Sirhan Sirhan.

Learn about this case, plus yet another, both of great import for our republic.

Two dramatic assassinations
in 1968 changed America forever.

Meet the man who solved one–and is about to solve the other.

Dear friend and citizen:

Be among the very first to hear about new forensic evidence expected to exonerate Sirhan Sirhan.

In addition, learn of another major suit, long under wraps, that is soon to be filed on behalf of prominent 9/11 victims’ family members.

And meet the man behind these historic law cases.

At this special event, the litigation strategy for each case will be presented by Mr. Pepper, who believes that conclusive evidence may now be in hand for winning both cases. All legal work is being handled pro bono.

Plus, an additional revelation…

Also, discover the facts about the  convening of a new investigation into 9/11, also led by William Pepper. This effort, if successful, will lead to a ballot initiative this November in  New York  City (all five boroughs). If passed, the initiative will  authorize a new 9/11 Commission. Already appointed to the commission are Lincoln Chafee (former Republican U.S. Senator), Dr. Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14 astronaut), recent presidential candidate Senator Mike  Gravel, and actor Ed  Asner.

Our objective for this evening:

With strong evidence in hand for winning the Sirhan Sirhan case and the 9/11 lawsuit, completion funding is now sought that would cover the incidental expenses involved in further investigations and court costs.

INTRODUCING DR. WILLIAM PEPPER
[Photo below is of Pepper in court with James Earl Ray]
Pepper with James Earl Ray at trial
Dr. William Pepper is a New York- and Washington DC-based attorney and British barrister, as well as a noted activist and author who has convened the Seminar on International Human Rights at Oxford University.

A friend and collaborator with Dr. King before his death, Pepper is the author of An Act of State: The Execution of Martin Luther King (Verso Books, 2004), which presents in detail the facts discovered in the 1999 case. Pepper
is also the author of a forthcoming biography of
Hugo Chavez.

In the 1999 case in Memphis, the jury unanimously found in favor of the plaintiffs (Coretta Scott King and the King family), who held that King’s assassination was the product of a conspiracy that involved local, state, and federal agencies and authorities. As might be expected, the Memphis case and Pepper’s book were ignored by the U.S. corporate press. (The entire transcript of the case is available on the Martin Luther King Center website.)

A NOTE TO ATTENDEES FROM WILLIAM PEPPER:
"I believe that this selective use of the court system is a serious way to give credibility to normally unthinkable thoughts that would be dismissed or relegated to sound-bite marginalization. But it is not inexpensive, and my funds for this activity are distinctly limited; hence, the help of good citizens of the republic like yourself is requested. In the 9/11 case, new evidence related to the financing of the operation is now available. In the RFK case, forensic and other new evidence has surfaced that clearly establishes Sirhan’s innocence.

"The mainstream media ignored the King civil trial for which I produced 70 witnesses over 30 days, setting out why and how Martin King was assassinated. The mainstream media simply sat in the hallway, entering the courtroom only when Mrs. King and Andy Young testified.

"In the RFK case, we will appeal both to the alternative press and to C-SPAN, and challenge them to televise the proceedings live. C-SPAN has covered my most recent book tour, while the major media in the US have never even reviewed my works.

"We are dealing not with separate or unitary events and failings, but with a pervasive sickness in the public life of our republic. All of these events are linked and part of the national disease. The challenge is to find ways and means to  confront the citizenry with the reality of where we are and what we have become. Change must be preceded by awareness, however much both may be resisted."

                                                Dr. William Pepper

Please join us for this historic presentation–one that is not to be missed.

Dear Friends,
This should be a riveting talk. The attorney is already taking depositions for the RFK case
& will bring Sirhan’s brother to the event.

I remember Bobby’s charisma when he shook my hand. I think his loss still matters forty years later. Some of us were badly hurt by the crime of Bobby’s death, yet it is not a question of just ripping open an old wound and righting ancient history. It is how this kind of thing continues today, even as it hit us hard thrice in the sixties. How different our lives would have been if they hadn’t taken out our three rational leaders?   Shall we just let it continue? Might the slumbering masses wake up from their couches if they were shown how these murders and ninalevin were government sponsored? If we can fianlly digest the undigestable, the unbelievable, maybe then we can move forward with positive implementation to build the future we want. But we need legal action & this is the Man.

David Carradine says that he is coming. Four people are flying down from the Bay Area and others from San Diego.  Do join us.
I will send directions to anyone who calls or emails.   We are flexible about the suggested donation. Not all seating is ideal!
We have moved it up to 6:30 for doors opening so that we can start the program at 7:30 or sooner.
